Running Groups

Beginners:  Come join this kid-friendly group (plenty of games)!  You will have fun while improving fitness and running skills.  No prior experience needed!  Starting at age 5.  This group meets Monday & Friday

Intermediate:  Improve your running fitness & speed while having fun.  Includes a variety of short & longer distances, interval training, speed & agility training, and games.   Age varies with experience.  Meets Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

Advanced:   Includes these types of training: speed, agility, quickness, strength, interval, tempo, threshold, repetition & base building.  Meets up to six days/week, or Tues., Thurs., & Saturdays for Adult runners only.   High-school & middle-school athletes join before and after your school seasons for excellent pre-season preparation and post-season racing opportunities.

Membership is $24/month for Beginners; $28/month for Intermediate; and $32/month for Student Advanced; $28/month for Adults.   No charge for first 2 practices.   Additional fees  may apply.  Including, but not limited to, meet & uniform fees, travel costs, and USAT&F membership.
